Beverly Fahringer-Hubbard
Beverly is a co-founder and equal partner of White Hat Estate Sales, bringing more than two decades of hands-on experience to everything she does. She spent over twenty years building and leading one of Albuquerque’s most trusted estate sale companies, earning a reputation for professionalism, exceptional standards, and genuine care for her clients. When she sold that company in 2020, she soon realized the work was too much a part of her to step away from it for long. Beverly reached out to her brother Alan and his wife Nicholle in Salt Lake City, sharing her vision for a “Quality over Quantity” estate sale company. Having taught them everything they know about the business, Beverly was confident they could build something truly special together. That conversation gave birth to White Hat Estate Sales. The high standards and deep expertise Beverly has always brought to her work are precisely what local Realtors and clients throughout Albuquerque have come to know and rely on.
Augusta Allen-Jones
Augusta is a co-founder and equal partner of White Hat Estate Sales, bringing a creative vision and a lifetime of artistic sensibility to the business. A native of Taos, New Mexico, Augusta grew up as the daughter of a painter and a writer, an upbringing that instilled in her a deep appreciation for beauty, craft, and storytelling. Her love of acting took her to New York City, where she trained and worked as a professional actor for years before returning home to New Mexico. Augusta and Beverly have worked side by side for many years, building a friendship and professional partnership rooted in shared values and mutual respect. When the time came to launch White Hat Estate Sales together, the decision felt like the natural next step in a long and successful collaboration . Augusta’s innate artistic talent makes her a remarkable force in staging and presentation, with an ability to arrange and showcase items in ways that few others can match.
Giovanna Mourning
Giovanna is a native New Mexican and longtime Albuquerque resident with extensive experience in business ownership and management. She built her professional foundation in the hospitality industry, working her way through the ranks in several popular Italian restaurants before becoming a partner and focusing on business management and development. Over the years, Giovanna has also developed an impressive real estate portfolio, reflecting her entrepreneurial mindset and keen eye for opportunity. Today, she brings her business expertise, appreciation for art and collections, and natural ability to connect with people to the estate sale industry, where she enjoys meeting new clients and learning the stories behind unique and meaningful items.
Timothy Jacobson
Timothy draws on his executive healthcare leadership experience to bring structure, efficiency, and thoughtful oversight to his role at White Hat Estate Sales. His background includes managing complex operations, leading medical teams, and supporting individuals through significant life transitions, skills that translate directly to estate sales and modified liquidations where organization, clear communication, and trust are essential. Complemented by his formal studies in fine art and his work as an artist , Timothy offers a discerning eye for value, presentation, and buyer engagement. He primarily leads modified liquidations while also supporting traditional estate sales, helping clients navigate the process with clarity, discretion, and confidence.
